Description:A postcard with five views of Rugeley Camp. The top two images show approaches to the Camp from different directions. Published by W.H. Smith & Son, Stafford and postmarked 3 May 1918.

The writer of this card was from Dublin and he is not impressed with his new home: "Arrived here safely on Monday night at 10pm. This is a horrible place on the top of a hill. The cold is dreadful and always a wind blowing and dust flying about." He had yet to experience a winter on the Chase.
