Description:Cannock Chase Golf Club was formed in 1894. The Club rented land on the Chase from the Earl of Lichfielf for on shilling per year.The Club house wa completed in August 1898 at a cost of £1,100. There was family accommodation for the golf professional as well as the usual Gentlemens and Ladies rooms.
