Description:Believe this to be the wedding of Frances Annie Swann, whose father was a blackmith at 11 Eastgate Street, and Bertie Bailey, of 3 Chapel Terrace taking place at St Chad's Church in 1917. The buildings on the right were under construction sometime after 1915.
