Description:The Gamekeeper's Cottage, half-way along Old Acre Lane. In 1911 Tom Lockett was gamekeeper living with his wife Annie (nee Fleet) and Annie's daughter. In the adjoining cottage lived widow Mary Nunn aged 74 and her daughter Sarah Jane. Tom joined the army in 1915 and survived the war. A written note on back saying Mrs Buttery and two small daughters on right.
